Cap-Stone Design Nigeria Limited is a wholly indigenous Construction and Technical Services firm, registered under the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The company has rendered series of projects support which was delivered safely, timely and within budget.
The Management of Cap-Stone DNL is built around professionals, who have played key roles in the design, engineering, procurement, inspection and commissioning of major infrastructure and facilities in the Nigerian Maritime, Oil and Gas sectors and have acquired wide engineering and management experience for execution of projects in these sectors. Guided with the experience of these professionals, Cap-Stone DNL is well positioned to provide first class services to its clients in the Oil and Gas sectors.
Cap-Stone combines the discipline of Engineering, Procurement, Inspection and Commissioning with other professional technical workmanship, to create a compendium of services for the Maritime, Oil and Gas sectors. We work proactively to proffer our clients with efficient and cost-effective solution to project, while maintaining regulatory compliance. Our team of staff participate regularly in regulatory and legislative workshop in the industry to keep abreast with the latest resolution in our constantly changing operational environment.
Who We Are
In line with our philosophy of continuously striving towards Zero Error operations, Cap-Stone DNL, lays emphasis on thorough planning and review of planning before embarking on project execution. The purpose of this emphasis is to ensure that potential errors and lapses are tackled at the planning stage before commencement of project execution.
The details of planning for every project executed by Cap-Stone DNL are captured in the project Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) which must be issued for every project. The main content of QAM includes but not limited to the following:
The names, qualifications and responsibilities of key personnel on the project.
The project organization chart showing reporting and communication lines.
The project Quality Plan showing schedules of in-process inspections, measurements tests and approving authorities to ensure highest project integrity.
Approved procedures for all important processes.
In line with modern trends, project management and operations by Cap-Stone DNL is procedure based. Cap-Stone DNL is therefore constantly researching, developing and improving upon its work execution and control procedures and striving towards its ultimate goal of Zero Error project execution.
